Thoughts on Bullish Exchange?

The company is IPOing on SoFi soon and I’m intrigued by it but I’ve been largely out of the crypto game for a while and haven’t heard of it before, and don’t know anything about it besides its Peter Thiel backing and being led by the former NYSE prez

So, I was wondering if anyone here had any thoughts on it – is it good or bad? Does it stand out in any particular way from other exchanges or is it pretty boilerplate?
