Transfering crypto to fiat

What is the best way to transfer USDT from an exchange to my bank account? I’m from Bosnia, and only way that I can deposit my money to an exchange is with Skrill. But they take a huge % when you want to withdraw money to your bank account. Are there any alternatives to Skrill that are available to most countries with less fees?
