Trying to learn crypto markets (I’m confused)

I’ve been trading meme coins, but honestly, I haven’t made any money from them I’m only negative with zero profits I use raydium to trade(is this what professionals use?). I always see people on X posting they made 10x on these crypto meme coins, but I don’t even know if it’s real. I’m a futures trader, and I’ve had a lot of success with that, but this feels like a completely different world. Should I just invest in big cryptos and hold them long-term instead?
