Understanding Aave net APY

Hello, I have supplied some usdc on aave and I want to borrow eth. My question is that the supply rate of usdc is much higher than the rate of borrow of eth. So, if I leave my usdc in aave and then borrow eth. Will I still be earning because my net APY will be positive? Our there other parameters that I should look for?
