Unwrap ETH or not ?

Hello, I want to withdraw some ETH on Optimism chain that I lend on Aave in order to transfer them into another account (cold wallet), but when withdrawing, rabby ask me if I want to unwrap the ETH. My target is to move them to a new account and to lend them back on Aave (still on OP chain). Is it better to unwrap or can I keep it wrapped ? What are the advantages, if any?
