Midterm is next year. All the democrats need to do is “the right messaging” and all those contested Republican seats are asking for political suicide to do this.

This isn’t Ukraine or another issue Americans closely follow. Most Americans have no idea why this needs to happen. And if the democrat tell them, “your rep helped Trump to transfer your tax money from helping ppl with HIV/AIDS to make crypto bro millionaires richer”, what kind of reaction do you expect from your average voter?

Honestly not to be a negative Nancy but I don’t think it will pass. If it does it will be an adjusted version, meaning that it won’t be the big thing we think it is. My strategy? I’m going to let trump sign those executive order, let the SEC clarify on regulations and continue to drop the cases on cryptos like XRP. Let the market pump really high and take out everything I have when congress denies the proposition, everyone will sell causing a major drop and an even greater fear index. Could I be wrong ? 100% but I’m playing it safe.

The only way would be to get rid of needing 60 votes in the Senate to pass anything. Both party’s have floated the idea in the past.
