I would suggest you not to panic as this is pretty usual for crypto market and we have seen this time and again. It will buckle up and this would be the phase where one can make quick investment to get quick profit. As far as your concern of tokens being revised to 1/4th of its value that’s sad but I guess those are new tokens or meme coins or other Altcoins not in top ten as this tends to happens but market will recover hence take a chill pill.
