Where can I earn the highest return in AVAX? (Defi, Lending platforms)

Staking via the official wallet https://wallet.avax.network/ offers around 10% but was wondering if there were better APY in Defi (farms, liquidity pools) and lending platforms.
Also I want to explore more Avalanche Defi landscape. Where can I find a list of DeXs running on Avalanche?

You can put your avax on Aave or BenQi and get something like 15% in return. Then you can borrow against the avax you’ve deposit and farm some stablecoins on Curve. That’s how I play with my holdings rn
