Which exchange have the quickest turn around time from Bank Deposit with zero fees (ACH) to allowing you to withdrawal whatever coin you swap to?
I understand there are some services that allow debit card/GPay/Apple Pay etc for nearly instant turn around time but at the cost of fees.
