Which US exchange actually has the lowest fees?

It looked like crypto dot com had the lowest fees but right after I loaded usd on there I realized their spreads are insane. I wanted to buy SOL – the tradingview price was around $178 while the crypto dot com price was around $182. I just ended up buying on robinhood again because the spread was less than half of crypto dot com. Is there any exchange that’s not a rip off? I used to use binance because they had low fees but SEC banned it to “protect us”.
