Why are all the 1D charts almost identical?

Im still quite fresh in the crypto world, and I understand that most of the market has dropped a decent amount today, however I have noticed that all of the coins I have invested in all have very very similar 1D charts. I get that many coins have dropped but how is it that they have all responded so similarly? Could it be coincidence or some sort of glitch or is there a real explanation as to why its like that? Im genuinely confused and curious so some knowledge would be appreciated.
