Why Are Trading Fees Higher Than My Risk Amount?

Hi everyone, I’m papertrading on ByBit with a risk of $1 per trade. However, the fees are ridiculously high. sometimes even exceeding the amount I’m risking. Could someone explain why this is happening? I’m using limit orders to enter and exit trades.
