Why should I NOT buy the ETF vs BTC?
I have been buying btc in small amounts, I see all the benefits of the upcoming ETF such a being able to hold in tax advantaged accounts or not having to get hacked/lose btc. Because of this, I’m leaning towards directing most of my btc spending on the ETF.
Are there any disadvantages to buying the ETF over BTC?

If you hold for long periods. 1 BTC will stay 1 BTC. ETF holding 1BTC will slowly be less than 1BTC as the etf provider takes expenses out of the fund.
But if maybe efficient instrument for shorter periods and easier to access and trade
