With the market in flux, which projects are actually rewarding users beyond just price gains?

It seems like a lot of projects are losing steam in this market, but I’ve noticed a few that are still delivering value in unique ways. For example, some have started integrating features like interest-bearing accounts or offering rewards for community engagement.
