Yoroi browser extension no longer has my wallet info

I opened my Yoroi browser extension today and instead of seeing my wallet there it only had a new screen with an option to create, restore, or connect a hardware wallet.

Is this normal that the extension will sometimes forget your wallet and you have to restore it? I can still see it on my phone app so it’s just my browser extension that seemed to have crashed.

I’m nervous about being prompted to enter my phrase again when my wallet should already be connected. Seems fishy.
