Why do my orders no go through on broker charts but on trading view charts it does?

I am on paper trading but I am having trouble making my order go through when I am not using the “trading view crypto chart” once I change it to a broker chart, my orders don’t work? I use limit order with the stop loss, but once the price reaches where I want my order to go it doesn’t execute?
