Am I gambling?

I took out an over collaterilzed loan against my btc (29.8 LTV at 4.8 interest) to buy more crypto (ETH SOL). Is this risky/gambling? Plan to HODL or hopefully when the market recovers sell to pay off the loan make a profit.

I couldn’t resist buying the dip – I have other assets well over the collateralized and loan amount I don’t want to sell (tax purposes etc.) just couldn’t resist buying the dip.
