Advice on crypto in Coinbase

I’ve got some ETH and BTC in Coinbase. I have the ETH staked.

Due to some bad experience with customer service, I don’t trust coinbase and want to move my crypto elsewhere. Is there a better option than coinbase? I could transfer it to a cold wallet but I wouldn’t be able to stake.

TLDR; really dislike coinbase and looking for better alternatives
