I borrowed money to buy SOL

I borrowed 5k at 4 points from an old military buddies brother… don’t know what this means, but my first payment is July 6th. I’m hoping by then the clarity act passes and I can pay them back. What else should I put my money into? I have 4k left not invested. Please help.
